We are providing:

Pre-Contract Phase:

• Aircraft Research: Together with the customer we are analyzing his needs and we propose the aircraft type needed to fulfill the demand. We then search the market for available aircraft of the chosen type.
• Market Overview: we create a market overview for the customer and we propose the best planes for his demands.
• Transaction enrolment: we assist in the negotiations with the seller and in the preparation of the setup for the transaction.
• Pre-purchase-Inspections: we organize the PPI and we supervise it. We Deliver valuable arguments for the price negotiation and we are taking care that the PPI is done properly and fully
• Delivery – Ferry Flights: we organize the ferry/delivery flights completely; Insurance´s, Crew´s, Documentation, Taxation clearances
• Assisting in the establishment of aircraft holding structure (SPV+Operating Company)
• Operator assessment: we help you to choose the right operator for your demand and we accompany you through the process
• Advices of market trends: we keep you always informed about important market trends that might reflect your plane

Contract Phase:

• Delivery supervision: it is very important that from the green acceptance till final delivery we are checking every step in the delivery
• Company Introductions: we help and support to integrate the airplane in the company (operational company and owning company); a lot of departments will be involved and there is the need of a high qualified intermediate who knows everything about it.
• Acceptance: we will organize a final acceptance and double check the plane and the additional agreed “services”. We will make sure that you really get what you ordered.
• Registration: we will help you to register the plane in the country you want and we will assist during the importation and make sure that is is done in a proper way
• Inspection of the Asset: a permanent supervision and auditing assures that the value of your asset remains in the upper level
• Record Monitoring: we will check for you all the records from maintenance, operation and financial side and will deliver a proper report
• Management assistance: we help you to manage your airplane in the way you want to have it
• Coordination between operational and legal part of the transaction: we assist you to coordinate the information flow and the exchange between the legal and operational part of the transaction
• Establishing operational solutions for unusual structures: We not only have a long standing experience for setting up classic structures for your structures, but we are specialized to find and setup operational and owning structures customised to customer demand. In this matter, we co-operate with leading banking, tax and legal advisors.
• Aircraft completion or modification: we assist you choosing the completion facility and or the modification facility; as well as we inform you about the aviation standard in the industry
• Delivery and Redelivery Management: we are taking care for the full delivery on your behalf.

Remarketing of the aircraft:

• We will find a buyer for your actual airplane if you decide to change the model or if your company doesn´t need any more a plane.
